We automatically bill the card on file each month recurring on the day of your sign up. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity. If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be canceled and any remaining Facials will be forfeited. Memberships are non refundable.

By entering into this membership agreement, you authorize Aleta’s Alchemy to bill your card on file in the total amount of your monthly membership fee. To the extent that the rate of your membership fee changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance prior to any rate change.

Membership begins with a 4-month commitment to experience the benefits of regular facial services. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. To cancel you membership, you must email your dedicated studio membership email at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Once your membership is canceled, any remaining Facials will be forfeited.

Each month when you get billed, a facial credit will be added to your account. Each facial credit is valid 180 days from purchase date. Once the credits expire, it is not reversible or refundable. Should you cancel your membership, any accrued facial credits that have not been redeemed will be forfeited. Your membership will continue to be billed unless you contact us to request a freeze or cancellation.

Gift your month's facial to a friend or family member four times in a calendar year. Please email your dedicated membership email to set up your gifting.

Freeze your account for up to 3 months a calendar year. Months do not need to be consecutive. All Freeze requests must be done in writing, email your dedicated studio membership email at least 7 days before your next billing cycle with the duration you are requesting your freeze for. Please note that freezing your membership does not freeze the 180 days you have to use your facial credits. We recommend factoring the length your credits will be active into the duration of your freeze.
